Yes, all our bottles are crafted from the highest quality BPA-free and BPS-free plastic and stainless steel to ensure your drinking water remains safe and pure.

Can I put hot liquids inside my memobottle™?

Our Stainless Steel range is designed to handle hot liquids, while our original plastic range is intended for cold or room temperature beverages only (up to 50°C/120°F).

How do I clean my memobottle™?

For the best results, we recommend washing your bottle with warm water and vinegar or using our specialized cleaning tablets. Our bottles are also dishwasher safe (excluding the lid).

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
